Client Support

This service is available only for radio stations who have an agreement in place with Woodhouse Associates.

Utilize the Support Ticket System (STS) to submit a general support request. Click Submit a Ticket to get started.  You may also select My Tickets to see the status of tickets you've submitted based on your email address.

All requests for support should be submitted into STS or via the Support email, aside from Off Air Emergencies.

Emergency support criteria:  An emergency is defined as your station being off the air,  your automation not being able to open or play audio on your main studio or server machine, or music or traffic logs not importing to your automation system.
